Last updated: October 2, 2026.
These Terms govern the use of the MindPilot app and the mindpilothealth.com website, offered by razão social, CNPJ CNPJ, headquartered at endereço ("MindPilot", "we"). By creating an account, you declare that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. What MindPilot is — and what it is not
MindPilot is an app that helps you take care of your brain health through your habits. It offers an assessment of your routine and your health, calculates a Brain Health Score, shows the areas that deserve attention, builds an action plan for your daily life, lets you log sleep, mood, meals, water, exercise and measurements, offers an assistant to answer questions about using the app and the plan, provides educational content and generates a report for you to take to your medical appointment.
MindPilot is an informational and educational tool. It is not a health service, it is not a medical device, it does not diagnose, it does not prescribe treatment, it does not recommend, adjust or stop medications and it does not replace the assessment of a doctor or other health professional. The score, the areas of attention and the plan are indications based on your answers and on rules defined with medical supervision; they do not state that you have or will have any disease. If you have questions about your health, see your doctor. In an emergency, call 192 (SAMU, Brazil's emergency medical service).
The assistant uses artificial intelligence. Its answers are generated automatically, may contain errors and are limited, by rule, to guiding the use of the app and the plan. The assistant has been instructed to refuse requests for diagnosis, interpretation of test results and guidance on medications, and to refer those questions to your doctor.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity. By signing up, you declare that the information provided is true and you agree to keep it up to date. Each person must have their own account; the account is personal and non-transferable. If you help a family member use the app, the account must be theirs, with their consent.
3. Account, password and security

- Notify us immediately through the support email if you suspect misuse.

4. Early access (pilot) and price
MindPilot is in early access. During this phase, use is free and the service may change, have features added or removed and be unavailable for maintenance. The assistant has a daily usage limit per person, shown in the app itself.
